Which is counter-productive for their security. Note that as of right now you CANNOT change the username/password to anything else. Side note: I sent them a LONG support request on 2/1/22 and have yet to hear back from them, they HAVE however addressed one of my gripes by putting up some documentation and addressing some of the other questions I had (why isn't the username/pw on the website, what exactly does the security section of the GUI do (hint, they confirmed in the documentation the password you change isn't to restrict access to the GUI, its also limited to only numbers (no chars or symbols) and only 17.weird number to pick. Once you have that info, you can login to each one by using a browser and plugging the ip address in. You can likely find them in your routers settings, or as someone indicated before using Fing or something similar. So a couple of things here, first and foremost, both MOCA adapters will have an IP. u/RoweDent created this awesome resource on network theory u/tht1kidd_ has created a suggestion post regarding information everyone needs to provide when asking a question about their network There have been some excellent guides written in this sub, and we're always looking for more! This bandwidth are shared by all the devices. For Wi-Fi, the value is variable, from milliseconds to tens of milliseconds. The lower latency, the better gaming experience. When play games online, latency is critical. Latency is the quality of your network, it is the term used to indicate any kind of delay that happens in data communication over a network. Improve online gaming by lower latency.Even with a 60dB path loss, you still can get a full-speed connection. Also the attenuation of the cable is very small, less than 8dB per 100 feet. That can minimize the external interference. Unlike Wi-Fi, MoCA is based on coaxial cable, a shielded metal wire.Since the wiring is already in existence, the only thing that is required is to attach MoCA devices at either end.
